Need some more information to help you. What work has been done just prior to the first time the problem occurred? Odds are it is a wire or connection that is intermittently making and breaking. When I pulled the front forks and replaced the seals and also the brake line, I routed the left turn signal wires so they could get pinched by the steering stop sometime. Takes the main fuse out with lots of black soot in the fuse interior. Took a couple fuses to tie the fork movement to the blown fuse and then the fix and rerouting was easy. So it was something that I did that took some parking manunevers to pich the wires and cause the short to ground. Not immediate, so think hard. Then pull the tank and visually inspect and physically pull on each connection and wire to try and duplicate the problem. With the tank off run it with bottle rigged like an IV to the fuel line. Intermittent are the hardest think for tech to find and it is fair for them to charge diagnostic time to find the problem, and hopefully cheaper than thrwoing parts at it until they get lucky with the bad connection or wire.
